{Camden's 1st} Marathon

Camden had his 1st marathon on Friday!  He had so much fun and it was so cute!!!  The kids are supposed to track their miles at home over the course of a few months and then on the last day run the last mile together as a school!  The fun part for me was that the parents are allowed to run with the students!!!  Next year Scott may have to run with Camden so I can get some pics of the finish line!  After Camden finished he said, "Can we do again next year?!?"  Maybe we have a little track star on our hands!

Bexley's sign for Camden!

Showing our muscles!

 We love our fun teacher!

Our friend made a sign to cheer us on!  I wish you could see it better because it says, "Do it, do it, do it Camden!"  They are too cute!

{Carolina Baseball} Game!

Scott called me Friday after lunch and said, "Cancel your afternoon plans, we are going to a Carolina baseball game today!"  Super excited, we got to the game and found out it was cancelled due to the bad weather coming in that night!  A little bummed we decided to go down to Franklin Street, have some dinner at Top of the Hill, and shop for a little gear afterwards!!!  So glad we were able to go back to the game on Saturday because the weather was beautiful!  The best part was we beat Duke 7-1!  Go Tar HEELS!!!

Even Kitty loves Carolina!!!

{Our Little} Bexley Ballerina!

Bexley had her Spring Recital and she was oh-so-cute in it!  She is the shy one of the family (I don't know who she gets that from) so she was only dancing when reminded that you only get a ballerina trophy if you dance ~ that perked her up a bit!  She even did her own little impromptu dance on the way up to get her trophy!!!

{Our Little} Outside Playing Time

Our weather has been so beautiful this week so we took full advantage of it!  We ate every meal outside, went to the park everyday, and even played outside before school a few days!!!  My favorite part of the day was always after dinner when I would catch cute little moments from Camden and Bexley!  I just had to run and get my camera so I would never forget them!!!

{Spring Break} Day 5 Relaxing

Just relaxing today in our pool after a leisurely breakfast and a little shopping!  Then we are going to enjoy our Chinese food by the pool for dinner!  So bummed that Spring Break is almost over...

{Spring Break} Day 4 MORE Magic Kingdom

After dinner the rain went away, so we went back to Magic Kingdom to play some more!  It was so worth it!!!  We got to go on some rides we haven't been on before and meet more characters!  Probably the highlight of the night was Belle's Enchanted Tale's.  I had no idea what we were in for.  Disney takes about 30 people into a room and act out a play for Belle!  Bexley being the shy one of the family stood back and was chosen to be silverware for the Be Our Guest section!  Camden was chosen to be THE BEAST!  I actually started to cry because Camden and Bexley were so cute!  When they were done Camden said, "I was so nervous!  I just wanted to sit and watch the play not be in it!"  He wasn't very happy that he was in the play.  I just don't understand it...he got to dance with a princess!  Defiantly, a great day to not be forgotten!!!

{Spring Break} Day 4 Princess Lunch

Today was the what our trip was all about...a princess lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table!  And it couldn't have been more perfect!  Bexley is really starting to like Disney princesses so before she gets too old we wanted to take her to meet a few!  We got to meet Snow White, Ariel, Jasmine in the restaurant and then we were swept away to a private room to meet Cinderella!  Of all of them Bexley's new favorite is Ariel!  Today was truly a dream come true!

{Spring Break} Day 4 Magic Kingdom

Finally, a day on Spring Break that no one in our family is running a fever or getting sick!  We had a princess lunch scheduled for 1pm and decided to go in the morning because the severe rain was scheduled for the afternoon into the night!  We feel so fortunate that we got there early (8:15am) and never got rained on until we left after lunch!  We were able to get to see and ride everything we wanted before lunch!  Even wait times were no longer than 20 minutes!  M.I.C.K.E.Y   M.O.U.S.E!

{Spring Break} Day 3 Downtown Disney

Taking it easy today we went to Downtown Disney for lunch then came back to swim in the pool for the afternoon!  Had to get working on that tan!  Getting all rested up and feeling better because tomorrow is a big princess day for {our little}girl!

We ate at the T Rex Cafe for lunch!  Such a fun place!  Every 15-20 minutes there is a meteor shower...the restaurant goes dim, orange lights blink and the robotic dinos go crazy!!!

We made our own dinos!!!  Camden picked out a cute Wooly Mammoth and Bexley got the girly pink dino and upgraded it to have the meanest "roar" button in her dino's hand!

Lego Store!

Someone had a gift card left from their birthday that they were able to use!!!  Thank you Ryan!

{Spring Break} Jedi Training

We went to Hollywood Studios today and had a blast!  Our own little Jedi, Camden, got chosen to do some Jedi Training!  They pick kids to go up on stage to train and they after the training suddenly DARTH VADER storms out wanting to trick the kids in coming to the dark side.  The kids get to show off their light saber skills to Darth and/or Darth Maul.  A dream come true for him and for sure to be the "best day ever" for awhile!  Here are some pics of his training!

Using "the force" on  the camera lady!
Preparing for our training!

Before Camden's Jedi training, we got him prepped by going on the Star Wars ride.  It's a 3D stimulated  ride where you get to go up against the evil Empire and destroy the Death Star!  (I have never seen the Star Wars Movies so none of this made sense until I rode the ride!)
I think the ride was a little to real for Camden because after we asked if he wanted to go on it again, his answer...."No thanks!"
